Our ProcessHow do we work with clients...?
Firstly, we start with a phone call to discuss what you’re trying to achieve, learn more about your business, and hear your current challenges, opportunities and background. From here, we will be able to give you some more information on how we work, and ensure that we’re the correct fit for each other going forward.
We ensure what you are wanting to do is actually achievable, and make sure we have a good grip on all the underlying factors that can make or break a transition to a new solution. This is often the most undervalued part of the process, but we find that is time isn’t invested in these sessions, the whole project will risk falling over.
It’s now time for us to get our hands dirty with the setup. Loads of number crunching and data integration. The largest benefit to using our services is that we can take all the weight off of you. Give us your data, and a picture of your business and together well make sure that everything works. There’s no ‘cookie cutter’ or ‘one size fits all’ approach here.
4. Training and Testing
It’s all well and good to have a great program up and running, but what use is it if you don’t know how to best use it? We have an advantage here as we can train from the perspective of finance, operations, technical and more. Also, we will ensure you have appropriate time to test for yourself to ensure the system fits your business requirements before going live.
There are always questions, and the worst thing that can be done is to deliver an implementation and then leave a client high and dry. Support is varied from complex expertise for the tricky stuff, right down to daily user assistance for the simpler questions that we all get from time to time.
Often overlooked, or not even provided. We will come back to you at a point in time to do a review on how you are using the solutions, and provide information on key areas for improvements, as well as ensuring that nothing new in the market can provide additional benefits for your business.
